*  Coming right up! Your opportunity to dive into, and experience the magic, the fun, the sustenance of playing freely with paint and a few words in your own painting journal. Listen to Rumi..........."What I most want

is to spring out of this personality,

then to sit apart from that leaping.

I've lived too long where I can be reached."

Your receptivity to the moment becomes a single activity. In the absence of thought and feelings, you enter into the present, and there is one moment and one activity."

*  The Yoga class at the men's prison seems to be growing during this warm season. Even with new men in the class, I am awed at the silence that arises in meditation, and right in the middle of an intense standing pose series. It is inspiring to be in the class, and I want to encourage anyone who has not yet come out to do a class, to do one! The benefit will be yours! Simply notify me a week in advance to be signed up on the list, and I can pick you up on a Wednesday at 1:45 at The Walgreens on White Bridge Road! The guys really appreciate the presence of those from outside the walls....simply showing up and participating! (Reggie Williams, former member of this yoga class can be seen talking to teens about his journey on cbn.com click Monday or Tuesday in June.

And you are easy.

Continue easy and you are right.

The right way to go easy

Is to forget the right way

And forget that the going is easy."
