*  Engage your inner wisdom as 2009 begins through the playful and meditative process of "The Painting Journal".

FINDING MY LIGHT IN THE WINDS OF CHANGE,  a Painting Journal retreat is offered this Saturday, January 10th,
at Mills Studio in Kingston Springs 9-4:30 with Julie Russell and Linda Mills.

*  Breema treatments are available Mondays,  Fridays, and Tuesday afternoons. For first time folk a half session is $20. Please call to make an appointment - 831-0440.

 

*  Tuesday Morning Yoga Students on January 20th will not have class because of the Presidential Inauguration.
                Most folks will be at the TV, including myself.
                We SHALL have yoga class the evening of the 20th @ 6:00pm.
