a Painting Journal retreat
is offered this Saturday, January 10th,
at Mills Studio in Kingston Springs 9-4:30 with Julie Russell and Linda
Mills.

* Breema treatments are available Mondays, Fridays, and Tuesday
afternoons. For first time folk a half session is $20. Please call to make an

* Tuesday Morning Yoga Students on January 20th will not have class because of
the Presidential Inauguration.

TV, including myself.
We SHALL have yoga class the evening of the 20th @ 6:00pm.
